Ticketing Payback Program
Switch to Hudl Tickets and we’ll pay your program for every ticket you sell.
How it Works:
Starting January 1, 2025, new and existing Hudl Tickets users who opt in to this promotion will earn 75 cents for every ticket sold.
Example: If your program sells 10,000 tickets, you’ll earn $7,500 from Hudl on top of your ticket revenue.

What do I need to do to qualify for this promotion?
All high schools, universities, colleges and sport clubs in the U.S. are eligible to opt in—whether or not your program is currently on an organization-wide package or using a digital ticketing provider.
How do I get started?
Simply fill out the form below, and your Hudl representative will contact you with the next steps. Let them know your desired ticket types and the events you want to ticket and they’ll do the rest!
When will I receive payment?
You'll receive your first payout on August 1, 2025, and additional payouts will follow quarterly. For example, you'll receive a payout for the July-Sept period in Oct '25.
How will I receive payment?
You'll receive rebate payouts the same way you receive your ticketing payouts—through your choice of check, ACH payment or credit towards your Hudl bill.
When do I need to sign up?
Signups for this promotion are available for a limited time, so act fast!
When does the rebate period end?
The rebate period will conclude on June 30, 2026, when your final rebate check will be issued.
Can my program participate in this promotion if we're required to use a different ticketing provider?

Am I allowed to use another ticketing provider in addition to using Hudl's ticketing solution?
Yes, but you can only earn revenue on tickets sold through Hudl.

We offer Zoom training sessions with our ticketing experts to ensure you and your staff have all the information you need while addressing any questions. For parents and fans, we’ll supply support materials and step-by-step guides for you to share, making the process seamless for everyone.
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can sell or earnings through this promotion?
No, there is no limit on tickets sold or your earnings.
